Dave joined 4 Buyers Real Estate in January 2011 and has since become the top producing agent in the company’s history. In January 2025, he assumed the role of Principal Buyer’s Broker, upon Founder Rona Fischman’s retirement. His goals are to help clients find the homes they desire while at the same time satisfying his personal life-long curiosity and love of architecture, buildings and spaces. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, he spent nearly 20 years honing his client service skills in various sales and account management roles.

A graduate of Brandeis University, he lives in North Cambridge with his wife, two daughters and two cats.

Pearl joined 4 Buyers Real Estate in November 2017. Educated in fine art, she is attuned to quickly assessing the light, layout, and design in homes. She has a great appreciation for homes that embrace and include the classic elements so common in our New England home stock. Prior to working as an exclusive buyer agent, Pearl spent 15 years at a local university supporting students and faculty in learning new technology, photo, and video skills. She applies this expertise, patience, and skill to 4 Buyers Real Estate, gently and thoughtfully guiding clients through the process of buying a home.

Pearl lives in Somerville with her husband, son, 20-year-old black cat Sammie, German shepherd, Vega, and new addition to the family, Miso, a  Bearded Dragon.

Exclusive Buyer’s Broker

Alex had a fairly linear path to 4 Buyers Real Estate. He founded his own landscaping business in 2001. That business began to specialize in improving the curb appeal of homes for sale, and he became directly involved in the real estate process and forged relationships with both homeowners and real estate agents in many surrounding towns around Arlington. In 2012 he sold his landscaping business and joined a large real estate firm, helping both buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Boston area for eight years. He was promoted to Vice President and managing broker, a role which put him in charge of 20+ agents and the day to day operations of a downtown Boston real estate office. After a while he missed the hands-on experience of going into basements and attics, sharing his knowledge with buyers and seeing the wide variety of homes and “creative” repairs prevalent in the older housing stock we have in Massachusetts. So he joined 4 Buyers in 2019 and felt the change was best described as “moving from sales to consulting”. A change that suits him perfectly.

When not showing houses or on MLS, Alex spends as much time as possible with his 2 kids or is out on the water paddle boarding or windsurfing. He is also an avid martial artist.

Michaela joined 4 Buyers Real Estate after studying psychology, with an interest in child development. She comes by her house-love honestly, having grown up in a family with two licensed plumbers.
